Shipping Policy

This policy sets out how and when we deliver orders placed through poundstv.co.uk. Pounds is a trading name of A & W Pounds Limited (registered in England, No. 00569647), 870–878 Green Lanes, London N21 2RS.

Delivery areas

We offer local delivery within selected North London and surrounding postcodes. The available delivery postcodes are listed at checkout, and you can also use the postcode checker on our home page to confirm whether we deliver to your address before placing an order.

For customers outside our local delivery area, the same product range is available through our Euronics online store at euronics.co.uk/pounds, which offers nationwide delivery.

Confirming your delivery date

We do not offer self-service date selection at checkout. After you place your order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred day, subject to availability and stock.

If we are unable to deliver within a timeframe that works for you, you are entitled to cancel the order for a full refund.

Where we deliver to

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, delivery is made to the front door of the delivery address at ground floor level. Our delivery team will not, as standard:

  • Carry items upstairs or to upper floors
  • Enter the property beyond the front door
  • Unpack, install, plumb in, or wall-mount items
  • Remove or dispose of old appliances or packaging

If you require any of the above services, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange this and confirm any additional cost. Some services (such as appliance installation, TV wall mounting, or removal of old units) are available as paid add-ons; others may be available subject to assessment.

Access requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure there is safe and suitable access to the delivery point, and that the item will fit through doorways, stairwells, and into the intended location. If our delivery team is unable to deliver due to access issues, a redelivery charge may apply.

Delivery times

Delivery slots are typically arranged Monday to Saturday during standard working hours. We will provide an estimated time window when we confirm your delivery date.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery wherever possible. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Photographs of any damage are helpful.

Failed deliveries and missed appointments

If a confirmed delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, or because of access issues that were not flagged in advance, a redelivery fee may apply. We will always try to contact you before charging for a second attempt.
