Please make sure you read a third party’s terms and conditions and privacy policy carefully before providing any personal information on a third-party website, as we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for those third-party websites. What information is being collected? If you make an enquiry on our websites, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you, including without limitation; your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the subject category of your contact and a free text box for your personal message to us.

We collect and are not limited to; your name, email, address, contact detail(s) and your message on our websites, when you fill in CONTACT US and submit your enquiry.

How will it be used?
We may use your data to process sales and delivery of our goods and services to you. To offer quotations, assess your application for a product, service or quote, verify your identity and carry out anti-fraud checks, provide you with payment options and credit facilities. Check that you can afford a credit agreement.

Delivery photography: If our in-house delivery team or 3rd party delivery partners attempts to deliver an order to your address and finds there's no-one available to receive it, we reserve the right to take a photograph of the outside of the property to assure you we were in the right geographical location to fulfil your order, and confirm we had located the correct address. We can assure you that this photograph won't be published or circulated, or used for any other purpose other than verification, and that it's held securely in compliance with Data Protection legislation.
Under GDPR legislation, May 2018, you have a right to object to our use of your personal information for these legitimate interests, including a right to object to profiling by us. See section 8.How you can change permissions.
5 Use of children’s personal information
We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 16.
6 Sharing your personal information.
Who will it be shared with?
Your Personal Information may be disclosed to reputable third parties who will help process your order, such as, and not limited to; the supplier or a third-party delivery company. We require all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential and to fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place. Reputable third-party banking (including PayPal and Barclaycard) and select distribution / supplier companies handle our card payment transactions and order fulfilment, in addition to our own in-house team. They receive information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order.

This may include any online or digital partners we work with, so we, or our online or digital partners on our behalf, can communicate with you through their platforms.
